Tony Theriault is a talented glass artist based in Port Alberni, BC, known for his whimsical and vibrant West Coast-inspired creations. With over 30 years of experience, Tony’s work features colorful suncatchers, framed pieces, and glass mounted on beachwood or plant stakes. Using the labor-intensive copper foil technique, he designs, cuts, foils, solders, and polishes each piece to perfection.

Originally from Victoria, Tony moved to Port Alberni in the mid-90s and later returned to settle in 2005. His work is inspired by the stunning natural surroundings of the Alberni Valley, his travels, and the texture and color of the glass itself. Whether working in his home studio or outdoors, Tony’s dedication to his craft shines through every piece.
